PRESENTATION

• 1 box of Ayush Kwath has (40 + 8) sachets in it, each sachet has 3 grams of Kwath in it. 
• 1 unit of Ashwagandha Capsules (60 capsules container) 

 DOSAGE : 

1. Take one sachet, has to be consumed like tea or hot drink by dissolving in 150ml of boiled water. (twice in a day)
2. Jaggery or Lemon Juice can be added if desired. 
3. 1 Ashwagandha Capsule, twice a day, after meals.
